Return Policy
We maintain a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This policy applies only to returns that meet the specific eligibility criteria set forth below. This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Eligible Reasons for Return Returns are accepted solely for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
Returns requested due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any other personal preference or circumstance are not accepted, except where required by applicable law (including the 14-day cooling-off period for shipments to the European Union, as detailed below).
Return Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a return, the item must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received — unworn, unused, and free from any signs of use or alteration.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must remain intact and attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all inner boxes, protective inserts, and documentation.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@inexamerica.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return.
Do not ship any item until you have received written approval and a return authorization from us. If your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide detailed return instructions via email.
Any package returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. We are not responsible for items shipped without authorization.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items Please examine your order promptly upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at admin@inexamerica.com and include photographs and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following categories of items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Personal care and hygiene products, including beauty and cosmetic items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted merchandise.

Exchanges Exchanges are available only for items that qualify for return under the eligible reasons listed above. To request an exchange, contact us at admin@inexamerica.com. Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind requests.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is delivered to a destination within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without providing justification.
For returns made under this cooling-off right:
- The item must meet the eligibility conditions set out above.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Upon request, we will provide return instructions.
This statutory right applies in addition to, and is not limited by, the other provisions of this policy.
Refunds All returned items are subject to inspection. You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete and whether the return has been approved.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
